Questions students ask
How do I take a test?
Download the question paper from your dashboard, write the answers by hand in 3 hours like the ICAI exam, and upload photos or a scan of your answer sheet. A qualified CA checks it and the checked copy appears in your dashboard.
When will I get my checked copy?
Within the evaluation time of your plan — 24 hours or 48 hours from submission. Each plan states it clearly.
How long is my plan valid?
Until your exam attempt. You can attempt the papers on any dates that suit your preparation.
Can I attempt a test I missed?
Yes. Test dates are flexible, so you can attempt a missed paper any time while your plan is valid.
How do I raise a concern about my evaluation?
Create a support ticket from your dashboard (choose “Evaluation”) or WhatsApp us. Our team reviews your checked copy and replies.
What are the refund and guarantee conditions?
Regular plans follow our refund policy. Pass Guarantee plans refund your fee if you meet the written conditions — see the Pass Guarantee page for details.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The website works fully on your phone and laptop. Your test series will also be available inside the Studycaller app; installing the app is optional.
